EOID + FID lifecycle management
Automated registration and maintenance of Economic Operator and Facility Identifiers for every entity and site under your control. Bulk imports, change management, and audit-tracked updates without spreadsheet sprawl.
Complex EU regulatory frameworks — transformed into clear, effortless software solutions. Transparent pricing. Primary and secondary repository management included. Designed to plug into the systems you already run.
100% aligned with CIR 2018/574 and Directive 2014/40/EU
Most tobacco compliance projects fail because the team has to reinvent EOID management, event modelling and integration plumbing from scratch. We ship those as defaults.
Automated registration and maintenance of Economic Operator and Facility Identifiers for every entity and site under your control. Bulk imports, change management, and audit-tracked updates without spreadsheet sprawl.
Arrivals, dispatches, aggregation, disaggregation and recall events are pre-modelled, validated and submitted to the EU router with no custom configuration. Your team scans; the platform translates.
Push data via REST API, CSV import, or our native scanner app. Designed to coexist with your existing till system or WMS — no rip-and-replace project required.
Every rejected event is captured with the exact regulator error code and structured context (AWS request IDs, validation traces, payload preview). Support tickets close in hours, not weeks.
The same CIR 2018/574 framework that powers our open compliance API also drives this product. Your team never has to learn its internals.
Each manufacturer or importer contracts its own primary repository under Article 26 of CIR 2018/574. Different manufacturers, different protocols. Our middleware speaks every supported variant so you stay on a single, consistent API.
Per Articles 27 and 28, every event also flows to the centralised secondary repository via its router. We hold a verified live connection and submit every event with your registered EOID and the correct facility identifier in the body.
Standard supply-chain events are pushed within the 3-hour window; SME-qualifying operators and first retail outlets get a 24-hour window where the regulation permits it. The platform applies the correct timing rule automatically based on each operator's classification.
Every term used above is defined in the open EU Tobacco Track & Trace glossary — primary repository, secondary repository, router, EOID, FID and the Article 33 timing windows.
Pay-per-shipment fits seasonal traders and early-stage importers; the annual subscription fits high-volume distributors who want flat-line predictability. Switch between them with one month's notice.
