Physical scanning device integration
Industrial scanners, mobile devices and POS terminals push every barcode read straight to the platform via REST API, CSV import or our native scanner app. No specialist hardware required.
Complex EU regulatory frameworks — transformed into clear, effortless software solutions. Transparent pricing. Primary and secondary repository management included. Built for the businesses that move tobacco across Europe every day.
Live in production across the EU · CIR 2018/574 aligned
Our middleware orchestrates every step of the Track and Trace flow: it captures scans from your physical devices, validates them against the regulation's rules, and routes them into the central EU framework within the mandated reporting windows.

Lithuanian and English interface, intuitive arrival / dispatch / aggregation flows, and clear inline validation messages so your team handles compliance without months of training.
Every Article 32 / 33 event is converted into the exact wire format expected by the EU router, signed, time-stamped and submitted on your behalf — referencing the same CIR 2018/574 rules documented in our open glossary.
Every transmission is captured with timestamps, identifiers and the regulator's response, exportable to PDF or CSV. Inspections become a matter of minutes, not days.
The EU tobacco traceability system is split across two layers of data storage with strict routing rules. We hide that complexity behind a single integration surface.
Each tobacco manufacturer or importer appoints its own primary repository to store traceability data for its products. Our platform identifies the correct primary repository for every transmission, formats the payload to its specification and submits it on your behalf — you never have to maintain a separate integration per manufacturer.
The secondary repository is the centralised EU-wide store that mirrors all primary-repository data. Its router accepts the signed message and forwards it to every consumer of the data — regulators, member-state authorities, and the appointed primary repository — within the mandated reporting window.
Every event is queued and dispatched within the 3-hour window defined by Article 33(3) (or the 24-hour SME / retail derogations where applicable). Submissions are tracked end-to-end; failed handshakes are surfaced to operators with the exact regulatory error code, not generic IT noise.
Every term used above is defined in the open EU Tobacco Track & Trace glossary — primary repository, secondary repository, router, EOID, FID and the Article 33 timing windows.
Pay-per-shipment for businesses with seasonal or low-volume movements; an annual subscription for predictable cost at scale. No setup fees, no per-scanner licensing, no per-message charges hidden in the small print.
